I’m currently visiting friends in Iowa. So I took this opportunity to explore some places I normally wouldn’t have access to. Within walking distance of where I’m staying, I found Liberty Center Pond. Liberty Center Pond is to the surprise of no one, a park that revolves around a pond. The path around said water is a wonderful walking experience.
I had a busy week where I couldn’t explore much. Finally, I set out and checked out Fox Chase Park. It was the last of three parks right by where I was staying. For my next adventure in Illinois, I visited Greystone Park. The weather took a cold and windy turn so I found a smaller park to explore.
