Exploring the World With Pokemon Go: Young Pine Community Park
I took a little break from exploring the Ivanhoe Area to check out an area on the other side of Orlando. I saw Young Pine Community Park and decided to check it out.
When I first arrived at Young Pine Community Park I saw a massive row of soccer fields. Thanks to them not being in use, I was able to get plenty of photos of this dominating feature of the park. Nearby also sits a playground. However, I could not get any photos of that part of the park due to children at play. I do not take pictures of children for my blog. It is a massive taboo in my opinion.
Young Pine Community Park has many more features beyond the soccer fields. From the art sculptures pictured above, to a walking path that takes one away from the open fields, there is plenty to see here. Speaking of which, there is another section of the park.
As I walked towards the other side of Young Pine Park, I saw a lake that I had not realized was nearby. According to signs, people bring small boats to this area. While I did not take many pictures of this lake, I wanted to ensure everyone that it does exist.
On the way to the other side, I also found another playground. Unlike the first, this one did not feature children at play. As a result, I got a proper picture.
The Other Side:
I finally reached the other end of Young Pine Community Park. The other side has a dog park as its main feature. I did not take any pictures of the dog park since it was being heavily used at the time. Once again, I will repeat that I do not take pictures of people without their permission.
Along the way, I passed a workout area to the side of the path. I was intrigued by having multiple machines right next to each other. Normally, I find these pieces of equipment spaced out from each other to incorporate running or jogging into the mix.
Pokemon Go:
Here is Young Pine Community Park in Pokemon Go. While I suspect that there is a small Pokemon Nest here, its not really very exciting here in game. I would give this park a hard pass for Pokemon Go alone. But the scenery makes coming here worth the trip if you like exploring.
I hatched two more baby Pokemon. One of them was something I did not have in game yet which was of course a pleasant surprise.
Expect more fun around Lake Ivanhoe soon. There is much still to see over there.
