Exploring the World With Pokemon Go: Al Coith Park
Right next to Delaney Park, sits Al Coith Park. Unlike the one I explored last night, this adventure took me to open fields. Let’s see what else there was to find here. Thanks to the return to day time, the pictures are much clearer.
I first worked my way around the outside of the park. This was done easily thanks to sidewalks. This park is also in the shape of an uppercase L which means that staying near the park is simple. Said sidewalks follow roads which make up the border of Al Coith Park.
As an author who writes quite a bit of horror, I am intrigued by hollow trees such as this one. Spending quite a bit more time than I should have here, I brainstormed what might have caused the hallowing out. When I realized it might have been wasps or bees, I decided to leave.
I was excited to discover that in the middle of this park sat a workout area. This is now the third one I have found. I ended up leaving this part of Al Coith Park to get out of the way of an event. A few people came and started flying drones. A crowd of people followed and I didn’t want to get caught up in that.
Pokemon Go:
While by no means is Al Coith Park a bad place to play Pokemon Go, the other parks nearby are much better. There is no EX Raid here and the spawn density was a bit lower. Still, there was a Pokemon Nest. At the moment its Torchic. Considering that Trecko is in the next park over is amusing so me. Two out of three generation three starters nearby.
After a few days with no hatches, I made up for my laziness and got an Aerodactyl. Sadly, I do not need this Pokemon either for my collection or for any quests. Still, there are worse things I could have hatched.
There are still a few nearby parks in this region. I intend to check them all out before going anywhere else.
