Surviving the Felon: Week of 9/05/2026
I’m back with another installment of Surviving the Felon. And this week was my birthday. You know what that means? I completely ignored The Felon this week. And it was a healthy thing to do. We could all do with ignoring The Felon as he contributes nothing meaningful to the world. In fact his obituary will be the most helpful thing he would contribute to the world. Remember that we should all aspire to have enough worth that we make the world a better place before we leave it. Too late for the worthless Felon though.
This has been a far more relaxing week for me. And not just because of my birthday. I have my job situation sorted out and moved past what would have been a horrible career. With it clearly not paying anywhere near enough for how much danger I would have been in. I dodged a literal and metaphorical bullet. Instead I’ll have two different potential jobs. Hopefully I’ll hear back from the second one soon as it is with an organization I would love to work for.
Anyway, I want to remind anyone reading this that there is nothing wrong with simply breathing. Sometimes simply choosing to exist is enough. Not every moment needs to be about the hustle and making money. That’s a trick Capitalism plays to turn us into objects instead of people. Focus on leisure time and how to maximize it. The more calm you feel, the harder it is for the ruling class to push you to the brink. Your time belongs to you. They are not allowed to take it from you. I’ll be making use of my free time while waiting for my job to start.
The Bad
While the news tries to control what we are worried about, don’t forget to learn more about the Heritage Foundation, Peter Thiel, and Curtis Yarvin. These are our real enemies, alongside The Window Shover of course. I’m putting this at the start of The Bad Section because I feel like this is by far the most important thing to get out of the negative.
An ordered list seems to be the best way to get through this section and so I’ll continue doing so. Negativity is the news’s specialty. And I want to focus on resisting and the positivity. But those bad things cannot be ignored. Giving it the least thought and fewest words is a proper compromise.
Everything ICE is doing in a City near, Cover up of ICE’s Terrorism by the FBI, Bombings in Iran and around the Middle East, A world run by pedophiles, Hate Crimes against several cultures, Election Interference, The Redacted Epstein Files, People Gambling over what War Crimes will be committed next, A Global Economy Threatened due to the Iran War, Anti Immigration Riots, Constantly Evolving Surveillance Systems, Water and Energy Shortages
The Good
Let’s focus on the good. Like the leftist takeover of the Democratic party. The fact that party leaders are freaking out about this is a good thing. If Democrats will do nothing, then they can be voted out and do nothing elsewhere. They refuse to fight The Felon and so we will continue removing them and replacing them with people who will. These votes will matter, even if the votes themselves might seem pointless. I know that seems like a weird combination of words, but as we get closer to November it should make more sense.
Data Centers continue to be fought against around the United States and around the world. These strains on our world bring no benefit and an endless amount of harm to the environment and our daily lives. And its clear based on how fast they can be built that we could focus the same effort to infrastructure and build another world. Maybe even with the same materials that we can gather from those data centers and the dangerous flock cameras. Remember that these places and items contain valuable metals. Oh and the same applies to those flock cameras.
And because it needs to be repeated each week and in this same section, more and more politicians that are not beholden to big money are scoring victories. The oligarchs are starting to lose power and trust me they will do something insane to try and take it back. We will not let them. This is our world. Our future that is at stake and its time we took it back. Meter by meter if need be. But each day we outlast them is another victory. The Felon is a corpse rotting away. We can survive him. And once he is gone, it will be time to mend our world and ensure that others like him cannot take power again.
Transition
This week was a lot less stressful for me. Not only was it my birthday, but I had some much needed time to myself. I was able to push depression away most of the time, but here and there bouts of anxiety came to the surface. I’m not out of the dark woods yet. Not till I am working consistently and earning paychecks. But I have done the math. Once I am earning those paychecks and can start saving money again, my quality of life will drastically improve.
This blog has been a check in for my friends as well as one for myself. September is here and I’m still not where I want to be. But I have found some motivation to try and reach new heights. Activities that bring me joy are so important because they keep the despair away. How much writing can I accomplish with a better head? I’m making some big changes in my life over the coming months. I’ll have more to tell when I am ready.
Anyway, its time for this blog to turn inwards and reflect. I had to battle depression and anxiety this week. Its always a threat and so it is vital that I found plenty that brought me joy. I refuse to let the mainstream media define my emotions. I’ll fight towards a better me even if I face adversity in my personal life and the world around me. The Felon will not drag me down. If you are feeling down and are searching for something to make you feel better, I’ll be providing links to those things that make me happy. I really needed these things this week.
Workouts
I finally was back on my workout game. This week I did all my sets as I set out to. 25 reps of Jumping Jacks, Push-ups, Squats, and Bicycle Kicks if anyone is keeping track. Then again, the only one who needs to keep track of that is me.
Video Games
As I wait for my new job to start, I am focused heavily on video games. Both new and old in fact. Starting with a new one this week, I finally took the plunge and am playing a fanmade Pokemon Game. Specifically Pokemon Unbound. I was told great things about this game an so far I’m having a blast.
Elden Ring, Civilization 7, Resident Evil 4, Genshin Impact were the usual suspects. And until I beat Resident Evil 4, you should be seeing all these games constantly on this blog. Though Elden Ring might take a backseat to Unbound since that is the game I’m using to get work done. Normally hopping from Grace to Grace does the trick.
At long last, I completed the most cursed Pokemon Black 2 Nuzlocke Randomizer I have ever attempted. There were so many deaths in this run. And rather than link all the Pokémon I’ll showcase the ones that won the run and then have screenshots of everything else below. The team that got me through the final battles was: Chandelure, Dragonite, Swampert(who died right at the end), Lugia, Electivire, and Absol. That last one is the hero of the run, and while the Pokemon most certainly was warning me of the disaster that was to come, I have newfound appreciation for it.
Pokémon Go
I went on not one but two separate hikes this week. I got eaten alive by mosquitoes but didn’t let those things stop my fun. You can read about those adventures here and here. While I have free time, I want to see how many more hikes or adventures I can squeeze into my week.
Well, I signed up for a local battle tournament, but not enough people have joined it so far so we have not started yet. Hopefully by next week, I’ll have gotten some battles in. And with the meta about to shift, who knows how things might play out.
Speaking of battles, I did some Mega Master League this week. I was content to stay in Ace because the game was such a glitchy mess that it almost turned me off from this mode completely. Hopefully next season will be more stable and I’ll feel more willing to battle.
Anime and Shows
Re:Zero, Skeleton Knight in Another World, Daemons of the Shadow Realm, and Clevatess are the shows I watched this week. And Re:Zero continues to be the top show for me with Clevatess right behind. Daemons of the Shadow Realm is here for a longer haul I think and the better parts of the story will be coming in the future. Skeleton Knight is a comedy and isn’t trying to be anything else.
This week, I finally binged two entire seasons of shows that I kept putting off. The first was the final season of The Boys. I enjoyed the show but felt that the last season was a bit rushed. Meanwhile, I also caught up on Invincible. I still consider this the better superhero show. And now that The Boys is finished, I’m hoping I can recommend this story to more people.
I’m slowly working my way into The Land of Wano in One Piece. This is the longest arc in the whole show so expect me to be on it a while. But after the last couple arcs, I’m extremely excited for what I’ll find.
Dungeons & Dragons
I didn’t get to run a session of my Centrum Glacies Campaign. I’m hoping that changes for next week.
Writing and Editing
While I wrote a ton of blog posts this week, I managed to sneak a little bit of fiction writing in. Specifically almost a quarter of a chapter towards the sixth Search for Eden Novel. I need to get back to editing. Which I’ll focus on completely once I’m paid. What’s that? You claim to have heard me make that promise before? Wait? Who am talking to?
Reading and Podcasts
I have continued listening to Behind the Bastards led by Robert Evans and learning about some truly horrible people. This week I learned about several people and organizations including: Doctor Laura and Louis von Schoor. In addition I learned about how liberal media keeps making it easy for Fascism to win because of their inability to have a spine. And I rounded things out by listening about Blue Dawn a Right Wing book written about a hypothetical leftist takeover of the world.
I need a new book to read as I finished my last one. I’ll be fixing that problem by next week.
Wrap Up
September is here and my birthday is passed. While I am calm I want to remind you to take a deep breath and let all that stress out. Its been a terrifying year so far. But the tide is turning. What we are all seeing should serve as a warning and preview of what might happen next. Things are escalating fast, and so we need to be ready to stand firm against The Felon. But when things escalate that gives off a sense of urgency. We might be rushing towards the edge of a cliff, or with some hope, perhaps the end of this nightmare instead. But we must not rush into things ourselves, even as things change quickly.
The Felon is fading, faster than ever in fact. And his allies are falling over as well. Less and less people are cool with him being a pedophile. So he and his handlers push fear on us because that is all they know. Even trying to cancel elections will not stop us from trying to hold them accountable. And once they are gone, may their legacy be tainted by their wicked deeds. Assuming they don’t do something incredibly suicidal and brainless like launching nuclear missiles first. I still have hope things won’t reach that point.
And outside of The Felon, Capitalism, The One World Order that American Libertarians claim we need to fear while they worship it tries to reduce our lives to monetary value. It is up to us to build lives that stand in defiance of this. Art cannot be quantified by capital and that is why those in power continue to demonize it alongside Liberal Arts. Anything demonized by Fascists is something that we should all care about. Because anything they oppose is what will help bring them down.
Anyway, you know who also doesn’t understand art and sentimental stuff at all? The Felon. Let’s outlast him in 2026. As humans, let’s show love and light to those we care about. Those things are what make us better people. In fact its what makes us human. Our heartbeats are greater than anything he stands for. While he destroys, we rebuild. Our hearts craft beauty and wonder despite his parasitic presence. And we will only become stronger once he is no longer in our way. We will Survive The Felon together and unstoppable. ICE will melt and we will endure.
