Surviving the Felon: Week of 7/04/2026

I’m back with another instalment of Surviving the Felon. And this one happens to fall on the 250th birthday of the United States. We don’t deserve a birthday. Not until The Felon is gone from our sight and all his enablers have been brought to justice. Whether we have ever been a great country is a topic of another discussion, we should be looking towards a future where we actually can be a great nation. And that starts by cutting Fascism out at the root.

While fireworks are exploding in the sky and polluting the air, let us do what we can to cleanse our minds. Much of the country is under a deadly heat wave as is a whole lot of the northern hemisphere around the world. Climate change is coming for us. Nature is balancing as it tends to do. And it would be best for us to fix what we are doing wrong, before the planet decides to deal with us itself.

But what I outlined is a pretty daunting task. And so I want to remind anyone reading this that there is nothing wrong with simply breathing. Sometimes simply choosing to exist is enough. Not every moment needs to be about the hustle and making money. That’s a trick Capitalism plays to turn us into objects instead of people. Focus on leisure time and how to maximize it. The more calm you feel, the harder it is for the ruling class to push you to the brink. Your time belongs to you. They are not allowed to take it from you.

The Bad

While the news tries to control what we are worried about, don’t forget to learn more about the Heritage FoundationPeter Thiel, and Curtis Yarvin. These are our real enemies, alongside The Window Shover of course. I’m putting this at the start of The Bad Section because I feel like this is by far the most important thing to get out of the negative.

An ordered list seems to be the best way to get through this section and so I’ll continue doing so. Negativity is the news’s specialty. And I want to focus on resisting and the positivity. But those bad things cannot be ignored. Giving it the least thought and fewest words is a proper compromise.

Everything ICE is doing in a City near, Cover up of ICE’s Terrorism by the FBI, Bombings in Iran and around the Middle East, A world run by pedophiles, Hate Crimes against several cultures, Election Interference, The Redacted Epstein Files, People Gambling over what War Crimes will be committed next, A Global Economy Threatened due to the Iran War, Anti Immigration Riots

The Good

Well the bad hasn’t changed. That has to be good right. And I don’t mean that sarcastically. There is so much horrible in the world that the fact that nothing new has been piled on is something worth celebrating. As is the leftist takeover of the Democratic party. The fact that party leaders are freaking out about this is a good thing. If Democrats will do nothing, then they can be voted out and do nothing elsewhere. They refuse to fight the Felon and so we will continue removing them and replacing them with people who will.

Data Centers continue to be fought against around the United States and around the world. These strains on our world bring no benefit and an endless amount of harm to the environment and our daily lives. And its clear based on how fast they can be built that we could focus the same effort to infrastructure and build another world. Maybe even with the same materials that we can gather from those data centers and the dangerous flock cameras. Remember that these places and items contain valuable metals. Oh and the same applies to those flock cameras.

And because it needs to be repeated each week and in this same section, more and more politicians that are not beholden to big money are scoring victories. The oligarchs are starting to lose power and trust me they will do something insane to try and take it back. We will not let them. This is our world. Our future that is at stake and its time we took it back. Meter by meter if need be. But each day we outlast them is another victory. The Felon is a corpse rotting away. We can survive him. And once he is gone, it will be time to mend our world and ensure that others like him cannot take power again.

Transition

I’m getting back into my usual routine which has its ups and downs. Trapped inside and getting locked into repetition is not good for me. I fought back depression and anxiety this week, but there are some things on the horizon that might make managing my mental health more difficult. And like last week, I keep thinking about how much more I could do in my life if I was not chained to a job. It makes me anxious for my future. Sometimes it feels like everything I want is slipping away. But with all that aside, I want to mention something important.

I’m moving back to Chicago at the end of this month. I’ll be putting in my two weeks notice with my current job in just a few days. And while I’m afraid because I don’t have another job lined up, I’ll have access to a better support system than in Florida. My family is all up there, many of them far more successful than me. I have to work hard and refuse to be a burden to them. I hope I’ll have a new job soon.

This blog has been a check in for my friends as well as one for myself. June is here and I’m still not where I want to be. But I have found some motivation to try and reach new heights. Activities that bring me joy are so important because they keep the despair away. How much writing can I accomplish with a better head? I’m making some big changes in my life over the coming months. I’ll have more to tell when I am ready.

Anyway, its time for this blog to turn inwards and reflect. I had to battle depression and anxiety this week. Its always a threat and so it is vital that I found plenty that brought me joy. I refuse to let the mainstream media define my emotions. I’ll fight towards a better me even if I face adversity in my personal life and the world around me. The Felon will not drag me down. If you are feeling down and are searching for something to make you feel better, I’ll be providing links to those things that make me happy.

Workouts

Now that I’m back and falling back into my normal routine, I am doing my core workouts as I am supposed to. 20 reps of Jumping Jacks, Pushups, Squats, and Bicycle Kicks. I’ll be increasing those reps next week up 5 each.

Video Games

The weather outside remains scorching. Keeping myself inside means plenty of time to play video games which this week included Civilization 7, Resident Evil 1 Remake, Elden Ring  and Genshin Impact. Not much new here of course. But a few of those games demanded more attention than the others.

Notably Genshin Impact has several parts to a long event that has kept my interest. And that isn’t even getting into the fact that next patch will at long last take the game to Snezhnaya a country within the game teased from the very start. I mentioned other things I have been waiting on since this game came out, but going to this region has been high up on the list from the start.

I also want to mention Resident Evil 1 again. Notably because I beat it and started the Resident Evil 2 Remake. And while I played the first game on easy because I initially had trouble with the older controls, I’m playing on normal difficulty for this game. Naturally I have had to play more methodically than the first game. Though I have only died a couple times and in segments that the online community agrees are difficult parts like the west hallway of the police station.

Pokémon Go

Another week going by that let me take it easy in Pokémon Go. The heat is keeping me inside as well. Next week is GoFest Global and I’m looking forward to that. Though obviously it won’t compare to the in person event I joined in Chicago. Still it will be nice to have a reason to leave the house after staying inside day after day outside of work.

I have not participated in any Grassroots tournaments for a while, but that is changing for this week. A local one is starting and even though I’m out of practice I intend to participate and work my way back to improvement. But I’m prepared for losses. I’m out of practice after all.

Speaking of out of practice, due to glitches in GBL, I have not been playing consistently. The game stutters for me so much that I can’t even battle properly. And I know it happens for others too. I have read that people are forced to battle in their homes while being right next to their routers. Which basically goes against how Pokémon Go is supposed to be. But if I need to sit at homer for PvP so be it.

Anime and Shows

Its a new Anime Season and so I am catching up on one show while starting a new one. Daemons of the Shadow Realm continued this week, and it finally earned episode of the week without two other nonstop show stealers to take the spot from it.

The other two shows I’ll be watching this season are Skeleton Knight in Another World and Clevatess. One is silly and the other is dead serious. And I appreciate both. Perhaps I’ll find a fourth show to watch, but these are the three you can expect over the next few months.

And of course I’m making my way through the Whole Cake Island Arc of One Piece. I’m digging in, pun intended. This is my favorite arc post time skip. I am at the edge of my seat as an ever larger number of plots converge into a satisfying story. This is shaping up to be a truly nightmarish story arc. And the stakes only are getting more insane as these plots all come to fruition. The fight between Luffy and Katakuri is in full swing and I’m told its one of the longest fights in the series.

Dungeons & Dragons

My Centrum Glacies Campaign featured a lot more combat this week but with plenty of story beats and a little intrigue built upon a plot that is completely organic between my players. Not too much to write about that just yet, but plenty soon will happen.

Writing and Editing

I’m starting to chart unexplored territory in sixth Search for Eden Novel. I honestly didn’t think I would get this far while writing it. I know how the novel ends, but until I get near that point I can spend the rest of book world building and character growing. The stars are the limit for this setting and I can’t wait to see what I come up with.

And its back to editing for Earth Everafter Book 1. As I’m moving soon I have a lot to focus on, but once things calm down, I’ll really hit the ground running with cleaning this book up. I’ll only need to go through about four more chapters and an epilogue after this before I start putting everything together to get a final draft out.

Reading and Podcasts

I have continued listening to Behind the Bastards led by Robert Evans and learning about some truly horrible people. And I finished a long series on Robert E Lee. This one was interested because I have a personal connection to him. And I learned quite a bit about the sheer amount of southern propaganda not just about the Civil War but about the virtues of the man himself. He certainly deserves his place on this podcast as a true bastard.

I also continued reading The Rose Field which is the final book in Phillip Pullman’s Book of Dust Series. I’m eager to finish this series, though it saddens me that I’ll have to hunt for new reading material after.

Wrap Up

As we enter July, don’t forget to take a deep breath and let all that stress out. Its been a terrifying year so far. But the tide is turning. What we are all seeing should serve as a warning and preview of what might happen next. Things are escalating fast, and so we need to be ready to stand firm against The Felon. But when things escalate that gives off a sense of urgency. We might be rushing towards the edge of a cliff, or with some hope, perhaps the end of this nightmare instead. But we must not rush into things ourselves, even as things change quickly.

The Felon is fading, faster than ever in fact. Less and less people are cool with him being a pedophile. So he and his handlers push fear on us because that is all they know. Even trying to cancel elections will not stop us from trying to hold them accountable. And once they are gone, may their legacy be tainted by their wicked deeds. Assuming they don’t do something incredibly suicidal and brainless like launching nuclear missiles first. I still have hope things won’t reach that point.

And outside of The Felon, Capitalism, The One World Order that American Libertarians claim we need to fear while they worship it tries to reduce our lives to monetary value. It is up to us to build lives that stand in defiance of this. Art cannot be quantified by capital and that is why those in power continue to demonize it alongside Liberal Arts. Anything demonized by Fascists is something that we should all care about. Because anything they oppose is what will help bring them down.

Anyway, you know who also doesn’t understand art and sentimental stuff at all? The Felon. Let’s outlast him in 2026. As humans, let’s show love and light to those we care about. Those things are what make us better people. In fact its what makes us human. Our heartbeats are greater than anything he stands for. While he destroys, we rebuild. Our hearts craft beauty and wonder despite his parasitic presence. And we will only become stronger once he is no longer in our way. We will Survive The Felon together and unstoppable. ICE will melt and we will endure.

As a reward for making it to the end, here is a cat.
