Exploring the World With Pokemon Go: Lake Estelle Park
Just past Loch Haven Park, sits Lake Estelle Park. Located on a lake right near the museums, this area is perfect for resting from all the excitement right next door.
Before I entered the park proper, I took a little walk down the Orlando Urban Trail again. There is a little overlap with my last post since Loch Haven Park north is right next to this area. If these images look familiar, this might be the reason.
Lake Estelle Park naturally has a nearby lake that shares its name. As always, I made sure to take plenty of pictures of this lake. Although, in a move to try something different, I did not focus only on the water. I decided to take a few shots that showcased the shore as well.
At the other end of Lake Estelle Park, one can see the Advent Health Hospital Complex. This area houses multiple hospitals of countless specializations. It is currently being expanded to be able to help an increasingly larger population in the Orlando Region.
Pokemon Go:
Lake Estelle exists in Pokemon Go too! Sadly it is not much to look at. Loch Haven Park is right next to this place. And since that area is one of the best places to play the game in Orlando, it will not suffer competition from a quiet park nearby.
Since you might come here while playing the game at Loch Haven Park, I will not say to give this place a hard pass for Pokemon Go alone, but on the other hand, do not come specifically here and ignore the surrounding areas if playing the game.
There is still a couple more spots to check out nearby. I plan to go farther down the Orlando Urban Trail in my next park exploration. Look forward to that in the near future.
